Driver Safety Course in Bandera County

If approved, complete an approved 6-hour course and return a certified Type 3A driving record from Texas DPS within 90 days. The record costs $10 by mail or $12 online.
DSC is not available for CDL holders, reckless driving, leaving the scene of an accident, passing a school bus, or construction zone violations with workers present. Deferred disposition is also available in some cases. Pay the fine, serve a probation period with no new violations, and the case gets dismissed. Ask your JP precinct clerk which option applies to your citation. If you miss deadlines, the court can issue a warrant.
