If you cannot pay in full, two payment plan options are available. Option one is a 30-day extension to pay in full. The full balance is due within 30 days. No additional extensions are granted. A $15 one-time payment fee is added after 30 days if not paid. Option two is limited time payments. The minimum initial payment is $100. The minimum monthly payment is $100. The maximum term is 12 months. An indigency hearing is available if you cannot pay within 12 months. You must appear in person to enter a plea before starting a payment plan.

Warrant types: alias warrants are issued for failure to appear, and capias pro-fine warrants are issued for failure to pay after judgment. Driver's license holds (OMNI) are reported to DPS for failure to appear or pay. Holds are typically lifted within 10 business days after the matter is resolved.
